How it works
From your phone to their host stand.
A KwickTable booking takes the shortest path there is — because the destination is the restaurant's own point of sale, not a middleman's server.
For diners
- Find a venue. Search KwickTable or open a restaurant's page.
- Pick a time, or join the waitlist. Reservation times and live waits come straight from the restaurant's floor.
- Get a text. Confirmation now, "your table's ready" when it is. No app to keep open.
- Be expected. You're on their system before you walk in — including how you like things.
For restaurants
- It's already in your POS. KwickTable is the guest-facing side of KwickPOS — no new vendor to onboard.
- Bookings hit the floor instantly. Reservations and waitlist entries appear on the host stand as they happen.
- Quote real waits. Times are drawn from how your tables are actually turning.
- Keep your guest data. It stays in your POS, working for you at every visit.
The short version: most reservation tools are a layer on top of a restaurant. KwickTable is a layer of it. See the difference →
