KwickTable transmits reservation and waitlist requests to independently operated venues. A request is not a guarantee of seating; venues set and manage their own availability, hold times and policies. KwickTable is not responsible for a venue's decisions, availability, or conduct.

No warranties; limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KWICKTABLE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED US$100.
