Crafty Crab

About

Crafty Crab — restaurant in Richmond, Virginia — runs its reservations and waitlist on KwickTable, so you can book before you go. A KwickPOS venue taking reservations or walk-in waitlist through KwickTable.

Address: 521 East Southside Plaza, Richmond, VA 23224

Because Crafty Crab runs on KwickPOS, a booking made here lands directly on the same system the staff use to seat you — so wait quotes are drawn from the real floor, your table is ready when they say, and any note you leave reaches the people who greet you. It isn't a third-party app bolted on beside the restaurant; it's part of the point of sale itself.
