Because Jo Jo China's Bistro runs on KwickPOS, a booking made here lands directly on the same system the staff use to seat you — so wait quotes are drawn from the real floor, your table is ready when they say, and any note you leave reaches the people who greet you. It isn't a third-party app bolted on beside the restaurant; it's part of the point of sale itself.
