Shak's

About

In Burlington, North Carolina, Shak's uses KwickTable for reservations and waitlist: reserve ahead or check the wait from your phone. Order-forward spots that still get busy at peak; a waitlist keeps the line moving.

Address: 4756 Pagetown Rd, Burlington, NC 27217

Because Shak's runs on KwickPOS, a booking made here lands directly on the same system the staff use to seat you — so wait quotes are drawn from the real floor, your table is ready when they say, and any note you leave reaches the people who greet you. It isn't a third-party app bolted on beside the restaurant; it's part of the point of sale itself.

Booking Shak's

• Reserve a table for a specific date and time, with a spot for special requests.
• Join the waitlist as a walk-in and get a text when your table is close.
• You get an SMS confirmation, and the venue never pays a per-cover fee to a middleman.
